City and County ordinance mandates that employers display city specific labor law postings. As with State and Federal labor law postings, city and county postings must be displayed in the workplace or job site in a location where all employees can view them. Failure to display applicable city and county mandated labor law postings can result in hefty fines or lawsuits.
